d/apertis: Update copyright information
Because of a recent change in the CI scan pipeline [0],
ci-license-scan script is now handling the whitelist in a different
way, generating copyright information for all files, even those
whitelisted.
Let's refresh copyright info for those pkgs in target component which have a d/a/copyright.whitelist file.
