Make tracker-store.service pull the proxy unit rather than chaiwala.target: chaiwala.target is not available on the SDK, so the proxy is never started there and no thumbnail is ever generated.

The new WantedBy=tracker-store.service dependency better complements the existing Before=tracker-store.service dependency.
