Bump version to 0.30-7+apertis1 to ensure binaries get published

Unfortunately version 0.30-7co1apertis1 sorts older than the 0.30-7co1bv2021b1 version that OBS generates to distinguish each rebuild, so switch to the +apertisX suffix which will do the right thing on this aspect.
