debian/apertis/component: Set to target

  • Set component to target. Jack plugin is enabled in alsa-plugins by adding libjack-jackd2-dev provided by jackd2 in build depends. alsa-plugins is in target, whereas jackd2 is in development. So move jackd2 to target.
  • Replace libreadline-dev by libeditreadline-dev in Build-Deps To avoid to ship a GPL-3 readline or an outdated GPL-2 readline, we use instead the BSD licensed libeditreadline.
  • Jackd2 requires libffad0 in target which pulls other packages also in target. Since libffad0 is required only for firewire audio devices, disable it.
