hook-functions: Add nvmem-imx-ocotp driver module to network boot

The iMX8MN SoC comes with an OCOTP module, where the FEC MAC address is stored. The iMX OCOTP driver is built as a module and it's required to initialize Ethernet (FEC) on ARM64 iMX8M devices.
