Drop patch that was no longer being applied anyway

In the past we disabled some test that the Debian packager has now marked to be skipped. Turns out that when we imported the fix doing that we accidentally dropped out patch from the patches/series file, so our patch has effectively been a deadweight for a while. Get rid of it, aligning again this package to what upstream provides.
