Because of a recent change in the CI scan pipeline [0],
`ci-license-scan` script is now handling the whitelist in a different
way, generating copyright information for all files, even those
whitelisted.

A few directories (wildcard entries) might be reported with a different
license now, so manual tweaking is required in these cases.
