Drop the files licensed under BSD-4-clause-Intel
The package ships a couple of files covered by the old 4-clauses BSD license with the copyright assigned to Intel:
- inc/protocol/efidbg.h
- inc/protocol/ia64/eficontext.h
Neither file is used anywhere in Apertis, but let's drop them to avoid them being flagged by license scanners.
