Backport XDG_MENU_PREFIX default changes
maynard!21 (merged) included a backport of maynard!19 (merged) in order to make icons work, but it did not include the corresponding, necessary MR on the gnome-menus side, !2 (merged). As a result, the menu file could not be located, and icons won't appear in the launcher.
