Update from debian/bookworm-backports for apertis/v2025dev2

While working on infrastructure/apertis-infrastructure!154, I noticed several warnings from gitlab-rulez that are already fixed, but we've never imported the latest version in Apertis... which is a bit unexpected 🙂

Since v2024 is also affected by these warnings (infrastructure/gitlab-rulez@2260ac60), I would like to backport this version to v2024-updates as well to avoid useless noise.
