Rename the locate binary package to locate-gpv2 to avoid conflicts

The locate binary package conflicts with the one generated by the real findutils package. Since only one can exist in the archive, in the best case only the latter gets picked up.

Rename the binary package to locate-gplv2 to avoid any ambiguities.
