Add copyright data of debian/patches/reproducible_build.patch in debian/apertis/copyright.yml
This patch applies a on template which include the word "copyright". Since this occurrence doesn't refer to the copyright of the file itself, we can ignore it. The license tooling tries to parse copyright data and fails as it is only template data. The license tooling from Bookworm is smarter, but there was too much refactoring in libstring-copyright-perl to allow us to cherry-pick a small patch for this issue. Backporting the tooling from Bookworm would require to update several components with possible consequences of introducing more bugs than it fixes. Thus, the safest way is to manually override copyright of this tricky file in Bullseye-based releases.
