This dh_apparmor is a debhelper program that will generate apparmor
profile reload scripts.

Here we call dh_apparmor in debian/rules to generate apparmor profile
reload script for each profile that ship in the binary packages.

The conservative default is the same as ${libdir}, i.e.
/usr/lib/MULTIARCH, but there's no real point in multiarch for most
libexec binaries (in particular, for our tests) and it makes finding
the tests a little harder.

  99 characters in archives.

It's an option to work around broken libraries. Apertis should not ship
broken libraries; if we have any, we should just fix them.
