The conservative default is the same as ${libdir}, i.e.
/usr/lib/MULTIARCH, but there's no real point in multiarch for most
libexec binaries (in particular, for our tests) and it makes finding
the tests a little harder.

As didcot is on demand service,If any client calls
didcot method some times it results didcot to throw
error message "Couldn't able to get the information" to
the clients as canterbury dbus proxy is not yet created.
This patch resolves the issue.
