Update from debian/bookworm for apertis/v2021-updates
The golang-github-go-debos-fakemachine!7 (merged) and golang-github-google-uuid!2 (merged) need to be merged before this one!
We can not use the same version as in v2022pre because of the disabled dwz for buster-based apertis version.
