chaiwala-user@.service: Drop obsolete nodm check

In the past we used nodm to start the XFCE session on the SDK, but we have switched to lightdm a couple of years ago, see infrastructure/apertis-image-recipes@a0fd19ba

The check for nodm to detect whether the Wayland session should be inhibited is thus no longer relevant, let's drop it.
