Add replacements for diffutils, grep, gzip and sed

Since several standard GNU tools are licensed under GPL-3 create replacement packages for them based on the BusyBox implementation. Even if these replacements don't provide all the features that the GNU version provides it is enough for the requirements in Fixed Function and HMI images.

This applies to diffutils, grep, gzip and sed.
