Disable traceroute

The applet traceroute is licensed under BSD-4 UC, however, since there is an additional copyright holder listed in source file it the retroactive amendment is confusing.

In this case the new copyright holder was added after the license amendment so it does not seem to be problematic, however, to be in the safe side disable traceroute until upstream make a final decision.
