busybox (1:1.30.1-4co1) apertis; urgency=medium

• Merge from Debian buster. Remaining apertis changes:
  • debian/busybox.links: Add /bin/ash -> /bin/busybox symlink to allow ash as a user shell.
  • debian/{control,busybox-ping.links}: Add new package busybox-ping which provides a symlink ping binary based on busybox.
  • dup2.patch: Fix undeclared use of dup2.
  • debian/apertis: Apertis GitLab CI metadata.
