Fix link for diff

Walter Lozano requested to merge wip/wlozano/gpl3-replacements into apertis/v2023dev0

Default installation path for diff is /usr/bin, not it /bin, which causes that some scripts using the full path fail on setups that don't use merged-usr.

Fix link to work properly on all the setups.
