      * Sync from debian/bookworm.
      * Remaining Apertis specific changes:
      + Drop GPLv3 licenses
      + Drop MPL-1.1 license
      + Drop /etc/lsb-release
      + Align /etc/os-release to the one from Debian for easier diffing
      + Append a suffix when incrementing a backported version
      + Add SUPPORT_URL and BUG_REPORT_URL links for Apertis
