wip : PT AUM changes

This commit consists of :

  1. New backend(nvmem) added to boot-state.
  2. Log level for failed backend selectionsc
  3. Deploy state for offline update
  4. Decrypting state for offline update
  5. Close loop device after offline update
  6. Error property for unable to unlock bundle
