Framework for OSTree image testing
As part of https://phabricator.apertis.org/T5028, this branch contains the following changes:
- A jenkins job to periodically and updates binaries for the tests in https://gitlab.apertis.org/tests. The job can be tested here: https://jenkins.apertis.org/job/playground/job/fredo/job/build-gitlab-fredo-apertis-tests/
- Since the tests are now using the one test per repository rule, the lava test plans are updated for the existing tests.
