ade-tests: pass '--format parseable' to 'ade sysroot download' and 'ade sysroot install'
The default 'friendly' behavior displays a progress bar which makes a lot of noise in LAVA logs without any benefit. By switching to 'parseable' we avoid this spam in logs and it makes debugging easier.
