Update the binary package dependencies

Commit 9a651633 added connman tests to apertis-tests in addition to chaiwala-tests resulting in missing runtime dependencies for the connman test.

  • Move the gobject/dbus dependencies to apertis-tests to cover all tests.
  • Add a runtime dependency on python-dialog since some tests need it.
  • Move the connman dependency to the apertis-tests

This MR is backportable to older releases.
