connman-usb-tethering fixing the issue related to connman folder.

Issue: connman folder was not present in the /usr/lib/apertis-tests hence not found issue was coming while executing the test case. https://qa.apertis.org/latest/connman-usb-tethering.html

Fix: Added the connman folder for deafult installation with apertis-tests package.
