Simplify the process to download the apt key for vscodium

@sietze.vanbuuren I went ahead and did a bit of cleaning which should make easier the maintenance. If you agree with these changes, please merge them into your branch and squash all commits, except the one finalizing debian/changelog which should be the last one 🙂
