Use sudo to install bundles on the simulator

sudo is used to run ribchesterctl to install a bundle on the target,
but it is not used to run ribchesterctl to install a bundle on the
simulator. Let's change that.

Change a call to ribchesterctl instead of ribchester on the fly.
