Drop the apertis-customizations binary package

With infrastructure/apertis-internal-image-recipes!17, infrastructure/apertis-image-recipes!103 (merged) and infrastructure/apertis-image-recipes!93 (merged) all of its contents are now shipped from the recipes directly, and the package has not been installed for a long time.

The chaiwala-apparmor-* packages are still generated by this repository. At some point we'll have to find them a better home.
