Include patch to delay surface creation

Walter Lozano requested to merge wlozano/agl-compositor:wip/wlozano/delay_surface_creation into apertis/v2022dev0

As frameworks like GTK-3 issue surface_added even without an app_id add a patch to delay the surface creation until commit, in order to give the chance to the application to set a proper app_id.
