ci: Adapt CI to use the new lava jobs generator
This also removes the local lava templates and profile. Note that the amd64 images are now tested on the uefi device instead of qemu. This because only sdk images can be tested in QEMU currently:
- uefi -> minnowboard
- sdk -> qemu
AT8620 will solve that strict relationship between images_board/device_type.
