Use the URL for ospack under the test

• use ospack URL instead of "constructing" the path to ospack with hardcoded function. This allows to provide the URL of ospack for apertis-tests and for QA Report tool.
• provide the repo and branch via parameters -- allow to test ospack prepared with custom user's branch.
• ospack.url -- additional metadata for QA Report tool -- allow to determine which Ospack we have tested
