scripts: Purge PAM setup update script

Emanuele Aina requested to merge wip/em/purge-pam-auth-update into master

Drop trigger script only needed on package installation removal, so not needed at runtime. It also appears to be a GPLv3 script, so dropping it avoids GPLv3 issues.
