Fix the URL and image name for Tiny containers

The image URL should to point to Tiny RFS ospack under the test instead of host image for Tiny container report. This allow to provide the URL and RFS name of the container in report pages and phabricator.

Should be applied after tiny-image-recipes!57 (merged)
