Add support for tagging weekly tests
This adds a weeklies column on the main page to show jobs that have been tagged as a weekly build.
On the report page, the buttons on the top right corner of the page have been adapted to either tag as a release or tag as a weekly build. It can also be untagged with those same buttons.
The unit tests are adapted and a check has been added when tagging a weekly release.
