packaging-data-fetch-obs: Grab source file listings from OBS
Get information from OBS about which file each package ships on OBS to reliably asses the version.
We do not use that for checks yet, though. At the moment we only check that each GitLab project maps to a package in OBS and that there are no duplicated packages in OBS.
