Check that sources are actually published

Emanuele Aina requested to merge wip/em/check-sources-are-actually-published into master

Retrieve data from the published Apertis APT repositories as well and then use the gathered data to ensure that the sources published in the APT repository match the content of OBS.

Here's a sample of the new reports from the rendered version above:

  • apertis-designs: error: Package apertis-designs is not on OBS anywhere but it is published on apertis/v2021:development
  • apertis-tests: error: Projects apertis:v2019:development/apertis-tests: Package apertis-tests from apertis:v2019:development has version 0.2019.0~v2019.1 but version 0.2019.0 has been published in the APT repositories
  • barkway: error: Projects apertis:v2020:target/barkway: Package barkway from apertis:v2020:target has not been published in the APT source repositories
