Update ignored list of channel to compute packaging delta

• v2023 is EOL and no longer tracked since f1fea4d9.
• v2024 is the first bookworm-based release, still supported, but there is no value is computing delta since we have delta for the newer v2025.
• v2025pre and v2026dev0 are former development channels, both no longer tracked as well (73f6b23c and 519b7239).
• v2026dev2 is too unstable (due to the rebase) to be give reliable data.

In other words, currently only v2025 (current stable release) and v2026dev1 (current development release) provide useful data.

The commit message is confusing as v2026dev1 is and will be our dev release for a while due to the rebase and v2024 as our old stable. So I will make a difference about the releases we are dropping and explain the current state.
