This MR updates Apertis channels with:

v2024pre is added
v2024dev3 is closed
v2024dev2 is dropped

CC @ritesh and @em (as you did the previous channels update). I am fixing issues reported on the dashboard so with this MR I can focus only on real issues. I am not sure if it's the right time for v2024dev2 and v2024dev3, so please tell me if we should drop the related commits or if it's okay to keep them.
