Drop v2021 and Buster from channels and sources

Dylan Aïssi requested to merge wip/daissi/drop-buster into master

Since v2021 is EOL and no other Apertis release is Buster-based, both v2021 and buster can be dropped.

Drafted because I am not sure when we can really drop v2021 (by the end of Q1?).
