lint: Validate the embeddable CI/CD definitions

This repositories contains CI/CD pipeline definitions meant to be included by packaging projects and are not directly included in this project. To catch issue before executing such pipelines on actual packaging projects, manually validated the CI/CD pipeline definitions against the linter provided by the GitLab API.
