Drop lintian-errors* jobs since they moved to pkg/lintian itself

These jobs are aimed to test the lintian Apertis profile, as they are only used when building lintian, there is no need to keep them in this ci-package-builder pipeline.

Marked as draft as it will be nice to first merge pkg/lintian!26 (merged)
