Add build-source job as a dependency of the lintian job

With !272 (merged) we added the lintian check of source packages by retrieving the source package from the build-source job, but the dependency between build-source job and lintian job is missing leading to failure because the source package is not available. This MR add the missing dependency between both jobs.
