This is failing for unknown reasons, but appears to work on other Git repositories, so just disable it for now.

says that "The check failed. See the 'repocheck.log' file for error messages." so let's have a look at that first.

enabled an automatic merge when the pipeline for 13f93c6f succeeds
Merging now, because:
- The problem has come up again, and tests/dash has no repository issues detected.
- The failure to cleanup seems specifically tied to the tests. If the commits are created by the testing script, the cleanup job will not be run, even if I opened & merged the MR myself. This makes me thing it's somehow tied to the commits, which means that any other use cases should be fine.
