tests: Update the reference project path after the move under pkg/

The hierarchy of the packaging projects has been flattened by moving all of them directly under pkg/.

This broke the pipeline test because, unlike the web UI and SSH access, the GitLab API does not "redirect" requests when looking for the old paths.
