nfsroot-simple-boot: fail in v2025 and v2026dev1 due to a variable not updated during the branching

Background

nfsroot-simple-boot is marked as incomplete in v2025 and v2026dev1 because LAVA is unable to download required files because the path in wrongly defined due to a variable not updated during the branching. The path still contains v2025pre instead of v2025 or v2026dev1
