Investigate license issue with golang-github-juju-ratelimit and golang-github-juju-ansiterm

Background

While moving rust and go packages from development to target to comply with Apertis license policy, it has been discovered that both golang-github-juju-ratelimit and golang-github-juju-ansiterm should have been in target but are licensed under LGPL-3 which is against the license expectations. We need to check if these packages are used in Apertis and if they are actually used, try to work around it.

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the steps to reproduce and changing nothing?

Put the in the most appropriate entry:

  1. always
  2. often, but not always
  3. rarely

Impact of bug
