Investigate license issue with golang-github-juju-ratelimit and golang-github-juju-ansiterm
Background
While moving rust and go packages from development
to target
to comply with Apertis license policy, it has been discovered that both golang-github-juju-ratelimit and golang-github-juju-ansiterm should have been in target but are licensed under LGPL-3 which is against the license expectations. We need to check if these packages are used in Apertis and if they are actually used, try to work around it.
