Improve the repo/pipeline used to test the lintian job

Background

tests/newport is used to test the lintian job: it's meant to fail. It should be improved to actually success if lintian complains.

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the steps to reproduce and changing nothing?

Impact of bug

Having a pipeline wrongly considered as a failure makes useless noise. Moreover, real problems can be hidden by this behavior.
