dashboard: issues just after a branching

Background

After a branching, the dashboard needs to be updated to be aware of the new release. But, if the dashboard is rebuild in between, then the dashboard has some issues:

• no security updates are reported
• no delta tags are reported

Reproducibility

How often the issue is hit when repeating the steps to reproduce and changing nothing?

Put the ✅ in the most appropriate entry:

1. ✅ always
2. often, but not always
3. rarely

Impact of bug

While the delta tag bug is a minor issue, not reporting any security updates is more annoying since we can miss important security updates.
