disagrees about version of symbol module_layout during and after Linux Image upgrade

I'm running Apertis v2022.6 arm64_uboot released image in QEMU. When I'm executing $sudo apt update I got linux kernel updates However when I'm executing $sudo apt upgrade I got disagrees about version of symbol module_layout during upgrading And also this error appears after rebooting
